LTZN-03S-SX is a DC12V capacitive touch controller for LED mirrors with three-color lighting control, time and temperature display, separate demister control, stepless dimming, and color temperature and brightness memory.

Product Description

LTZN-03S-SX combines mirror-light control, demister control and an LED time and temperature display. Users can select white, warm or neutral lighting, adjust brightness and operate the demister using separate touch keys.

The controller supports DC12V input and DC12V 5A, 60W output. Measuring 51.4 × 153 × 9 mm, it is suitable for installation behind 3–5 mm glass. The touch area diameter is 18–20 mm, with 27.5 mm icon spacing.

Operating Instructions

Mirror-Light Control

During light-mode selection, short press the light touch key to cycle through:

White light → Warm light → Neutral light → Off

When the main light is on, the lighting indicator is blue. When the main light is off, the lighting indicator is white.

After a lighting setting has been maintained for five seconds, the next short press turns the main light off directly instead of cycling to the next light mode.

Brightness Adjustment

When the main light is on, press and hold the light touch key for stepless dimming. Successive long presses alternate between increasing and decreasing brightness.

After switching between light modes, the next dimming direction depends on the current brightness:

• Above 45%: the next long press decreases brightness.

• Below 45%: the next long press increases brightness.

The single-channel output range is 10%–100%. The dual-channel output range is 5%–50%.

Standby Indicator Control

When the main light is off and the white standby indicator is on, press and hold the light touch key to turn off the standby indicator.

Demister Control

Short press the demister touch key to turn the demister function on or off.

When the demister is on, its blue indicator turns on and its white indicator turns off. When the demister is off, its blue indicator turns off and its white indicator turns on.

Color Temperature and Brightness Memory

The controller remembers the selected light mode and brightness when the main light is switched off using the touch key.

For example, select warm light and adjust the brightness to 50%. After five seconds, short press the light touch key to turn the main light off directly. When switched on again, the light returns to warm light at 50% brightness.

Time Setting

Press and hold the demister touch key for three seconds to enter time-setting mode. The hour digits will flash.

• Short press the light touch key to increase the hour.

• Short press the demister touch key to decrease the hour.

After setting the hour, wait five seconds. The minute digits will then flash.

• Short press the light touch key to increase the minutes.

• Short press the demister touch key to decrease the minutes.

After the minute digits flash for five seconds, the time setting is completed automatically.

Home Bathroom Mirrors

Users can select white, warm or neutral lighting and adjust the brightness for daily grooming. Separate demister control allows the connected demister to be operated independently of the mirror light.

Hotel and Apartment Mirrors

The time and temperature display provides useful information during daily routines. Color temperature and brightness memory restore the selected lighting settings when the mirror light is switched on again.

Mirror Cabinets and OEM Projects

The 9 mm-thick controller can be considered for illuminated mirror cabinets and custom LED mirror designs using compatible 12V lighting. Manufacturers should check the glass thickness, installation space, wiring and connected loads when selecting components.
