Description

LTZN-03S-LD is a DC12V capacitive touch and radar sensing controller for LED mirrors. It supports white, warm and neutral lighting, separate brightness memory, stepless dimming, automatic radar activation and demister control.

Product Description

LTZN-03S-LD combines capacitive touch control with radar sensing for three-color LED mirror applications. Users can select white, warm or neutral light, adjust brightness and operate the demister through separate touch keys.

The controller stores the brightness setting separately for each color temperature. When users switch between white, warm and neutral light, each lighting mode can recall its own brightness setting.

The radar function detects a person within approximately 1.5–2 meters and automatically activates the mirror light. When the person leaves the sensing range, the mirror light switches off after a 30-second delay.

The module supports DC12V input and DC12V 5A, 60W output. It measures 51.4 × 153 × 9 mm and weighs 58 g. It is suitable for 3–5 mm glass, with an 18–20 mm touch area diameter and 24.5 mm icon spacing.

Operating Instructions

Light Control

Short press the light touch key to cycle through:

White light → Warm light → Neutral light → Off

When the main light is on, the blue indicator turns on and the white indicator turns off. When the main light is off, the blue indicator turns off and the white indicator turns on.

Demister Control

Short press the demister touch key to cycle between:

Demister On → Demister Off

When the demister is on, its blue indicator turns on and its white indicator turns off. When the demister is off, its blue indicator turns off and its white indicator turns on.

Brightness Adjustment

When the main light is on, press and hold the light touch key to adjust the brightness steplessly.

Successive long presses alternate between increasing and decreasing brightness.

After switching between color temperatures, the next dimming direction depends on the current brightness:

• Above 45%: the next long press decreases brightness.

• Below 45%: the next long press increases brightness.

The single-channel output adjustment range is 10%–100%. When both channels operate simultaneously, the output adjustment range is 5%–50%.

Standby Indicator Control

When the main light is off and the white standby indicator is on, press and hold the light touch key to turn off the standby indicator.

Separate Brightness Memory

The controller remembers the brightness setting separately for white, warm and neutral light.

When switching between color temperatures, the corresponding lighting mode recalls its stored brightness setting.

Radar Sensing

When radar sensing is active, the controller detects a person approaching within approximately 1.5–2 meters and automatically switches on the mirror light.

When the person leaves the sensing range, the mirror light switches off after approximately 30 seconds.

When radar sensing is active, the blue indicator turns on and the white indicator turns off. When radar sensing is inactive, the blue indicator turns off and the white indicator turns on.

Radar Function Control

Press and hold the demister touch key to toggle the radar sensing function on or off.

Home Bathroom Mirrors

Users can select white, warm or neutral lighting and adjust the brightness for daily grooming. Radar sensing automatically activates the mirror light when a user approaches, while the separate demister key provides convenient moisture control.

Hotel and Apartment Mirrors

Automatic activation and delayed shutoff provide convenient hands-free mirror lighting. Separate brightness memory restores the preferred setting for each color temperature.

LED Mirror OEM Projects
